In Dwaitha Vedanta the name of Sri Jayatirtharu is always to be remembered for his contributions. No one is comparable to his style of writing Teeka and upholding the Madhwa Philosophy. Almost all the Granthaas, teekaas, vyakyaas that have come after Jayatirtha are based on his Teekaas only. That is why he is called as Teekacharya.
